Personal data is processed by E-POS Systems LLC (OOO “E-POS SYSTEMS”), Taxpayer ID (INN) 306915557, address: 51 Yangi Olmazor St., Olmazor district, Tashkent, phone +998 71 200-01-73.

This Policy applies to the epos.uz website. The customer portal portal.epos.uz and the developer documentation docs.epos.uz are separate services that may be governed by their own terms.

2. What data we collect

We collect only the data you provide yourself in the website forms, together with limited technical data required for the site to work:

• Contact form: name, phone number and, optionally, your line of business and a message.
• Connection request form: taxpayer ID (INN), company name, contact person, phone number.
• Technical data: interface language, the page a request came from, browser type (User-Agent), and IP address (used briefly for spam protection and not stored).

We do not collect special categories of personal data and do not request payment details through the website.

3. Purposes of processing

We process personal data for the following purposes:

• handling and responding to your requests and applications;
• consultations about products, pricing and onboarding;
• protecting the website from automated (spam) submissions.

4. Legal basis

The basis for processing is your consent, given when you submit a form on the website. Providing the data is voluntary; without it we cannot process your request.

5. Who we share data with

Requests submitted through the website are delivered to our staff via the Telegram messenger. Hosting is provided by our technical (hosting) provider.

We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for purposes unrelated to handling your request, except as required by law. Delivering requests via Telegram may involve transferring data to servers located outside the Republic of Uzbekistan.

6. Cookies and browser storage

The website uses storage technologies to a minimal extent:

• a functional cookie — to remember the selected interface language;
• browser local storage (sessionStorage) — to keep your chat history with the assistant widget; this data stays in your browser and is cleared when you close the tab.

As of the publication of this Policy, the website does not use web analytics or advertising tracking. If this changes, we will update the Policy.

7. Retention periods

We keep the data from your requests until you withdraw your consent or ask us to delete it. After that the data is deleted, except where retention is required by law.
